Happie 42nd Birthday Singapore!

When everyone back home is celebrating and having a break, i'm stuck in school having lessons. Started early in the morning at 9 and only ended at 5. Haiz.. So tired ah.. i couldn't even count the no. of times i had yawned during lectures. How did you guys find the parade? i heard it was held at a new venue this year right? was it nice?? it should be since it's near the sea.. mmm wished i could be there with my loved ones. i miss home.. i was so envious of my colleagues back when i was working in A*Star cos' they were booking for the NDP tickets online. Hope they managed to get hold of them and watched it with their families =)

Shou Chen doesn't know i've gone over to aussie for studies! and that my family is migrating over for real.. Aiyoh..Haha.. we suddenly conversed over msn yesterday. Actually, i didn't talk to him ever since the end of sec. 4. It was that long.. He was shocked when he saw my reply after asking me how have i been. "Cold? Winter?? Huh??? " I thought he knew so i found it weird when he didn't understand me. Oh well..

Oh yeh! i finally met a singaporean. but she doesn't look like she is one . oops! hehe.. Really lor.. Not kidding. At econs i got to know christie, an australian. and sarah, a m'sian. She actually did her 'A' Levels too! but it was the UK version (according to her, it's much easier than Singapore's 'A' levels) Well.. i believe her.. Haha.. She was the one who brought me to karen, the singaporean. But it's a pity we only greeted each other and then went our separate ways after BIS lecture.

After eating my packed sandwich lunch at the Café with my friends who had lasagna - so jealous of their food =( i bought ice cream! Haha.. imagine eating ice cream in winter.. Coolin sia ;) The ice cream was vanilla covered with a layer of choco and then caramel on top of it followed by another coating of choco.. Yum yum.. seriously i've never seen any ice cream like this in singapore.. ooo but it was expensive.. cost me A$2.90 lei.. convert to singapore currency, it's S$3.75!!! Argh!!! But it was worth it la.. the ice cream was quite a big one.. *licks my lips* Heex.. When i told my sis that i had ice cream, she was SOOO jealous cos' she hasn't touched it ever since she arrived in aussie. Haha! i'm one lucky gal ;p

i realised something. it's very refreshing to sit at the playground and eat your sandwich alone, especially when it's cold and windy. Err but not when it's raining. That'd be stupid. i did that yesterday. i didn't want to go home and face the 4 corners of my room. 12% of my time's dedicated to school and travelling time. 15% to lunch, dinner and bath time. The rest of the time is spent in the room. No TV.. except during dinner.. So pathetic right?
