Went out early monday morn wif family and uncle's family to Abingdon Miniature Village in Mandurah.. Sadly, we had to pay to get in.. but it was a nice place =D

The top of the stairs overlooks a maze and playground.. all of us went in to play the maze and i came out the last.. i literally went thru every corner. the rest thought i was 'lost'. HAHA =p

too bad these flowers and trees only bloom during this spring season.. =(

we really did feed the mosquitos well. luckily i only had 1 bite on my feet.. whew.. sharon wasnt so lucky - she had 6-8 bites.

after the garden trip, we went to mandurah city centre to have lunch at cicerrello's - famous fish and chips. the restaurant overlooks the river..

Mum scooped up the ang-moh boy nxt to us and papa snapped the photo! not bad.. the 2 grandma's are steering the boat!

the last agenda for the day was rockingham.. there wasnt enuff time to go to rottnest island. u hav to take a boat there. neither was there time to go penguin island. so we only managed to see the beach. saw pple windsurfing.. got so much sand in our shoes.

and that was it - a nice family outing tgt.. =D

We only realised later that there was a shade where it was easier to take our pics w/o squinting our eyes.. we're so stupid HAHA..

Julien and me.. my family and i were contemplating on getting the mortarboard (hat) with the yellow string cos mine is black and it doesnt look as nice as the yellow. luckily we didnt go back to the store to ask - julien told me that the yellow string hat is for masters students only.. =X OOPS!
