Day 100
How cool is that?! 1st june coincides with my 100th day here as well as winter! how time flies.. but then again i still have 175 days left. still a long way more to go =(
i watched indiana jones with caren, david and alex. it was a nice movie. considering the fact that i rarely watch movies here cos' it's freaking expensive! the tune of the song so catchy man! du du du du du du du.. ok i cant sing the tune out for u guys. too bad! =p
oh man.. im dying of boredom. someone help me! ive been studying for the past few days. plus im gonna do the same thing for the nxt wk which is my study free wk. -.-"
but ive gt a life saver! my friend lent me a few dvds to watch. one of them being taiwanese serial "frog prince". i use this as motivation. study a few chapters then watch. haha! it works u noe =) and gosh, the show is awesome! helps me nt to lose my ability to understand chinese haa! and it makes me tink back on alot of things ;) both happy and sad. but more of sad becos im here and i cant b at 2 places at one time =( funny how i tink this uni semester is passing so fast yet im still a far cry from the day i'll b setting foot in my hometown again..

Day 91
yeh! i'm done with my law contract test. it was much more difficult than my last sem's legal framework test. so yea.. didnt score as well as last time =( oh wells, but that means freedom for me baby! at least for 1 wk.. hehe.. better get started on studying for the exams le. let me play 1 wk first? =p
ok charmaine has painfully taken photos of herself to show u guys.. wahaha! just kidding lar.. well i chose to take now cos' i'm back to tying up my hair again. the wind is getting stronger by the day. if i dun tie up, i'll become miss monster of the day. there's 9 more days to winter. the temp is already changing alot. and the trees.. oh so sad. i just realised how much the trees have changed today. after staying put in the house for 2 days in a row without coming out. just 2 days! and the trees are going bare.. soon.. mmm i'd sae the temperature now ranges from 8-20 degress. the temperature now is 18 degrees. whew! and the wind is soooooo cold.. time to wear long sleeves and winter jacket le.. ok enuff of the weather.. here's me in different poses. hehe.. =p
i hope u didnt laugh till u drop.. lol.. hey i'll be going to the city tmr to shop with my family so maybe, just maybe i'll find something interesting to wear and show u guys.. no promise ah!

Day 89
haa.. sry guys. i went missing the past couple of days cos' i was rushing a major grp project worth 35%!! the process was really draggy and a nervous wreck cos' there was so much to do in so little time. plus i ALMOST lost the ONLY docs on my laptop. luckily, my super intelligent sis was able to retrieve it for me! oh wells, we've finally submitted it. =) so now i've oni gt one last test to do before im free. ok not really, cos there's the exams -.-
im super happy now!! cos' i just received good news for my management unit. for the 1st time in my life and throughout uni, one of my grp projects did extremely well!! got high distinction wor.. 80%. oh my gosh! so unbelievable lor! i did the editing and collating of the project and tot it was going to be the worst project i ever did. and it turned out likewise. really a miracle man..

psst! im savouring some of sharon's bdea ice cream at the moment. hehe.. suddenly remembered we haven finished it while blogging and had the craving for it. thank u bloggie! wahaha.. the ice cream is 97% fat free u noe. so i can eat as much as i wan.. and david and caren, this ice cream is from Nestle ;) light and creamy.. haha.. reminds u of sth? lol

Day 77
i love my neighbourhood. it looks so pretty =)
i'm guessing i must be realli tired. my eye's been twitching ever since last night. it's either this or something really bad is gonna happen. haha! ok.. let's not think that way.
haiz.. i feel so disheartened today man. just learnt from my tutor that what i did was wrong. it's like all my past few days of contribution to the group project has gone down the drain. just because i interpreted it wrongly. or maybe cos the questions are just too vague. which it is!! i shouldnt have stayed up and worked so hard man.. but the project's due in 1 wk's time and it's worth 35% wor.. =( damn project! make me feel so jittery.
i was comforted by my friend's advice that i cld pretend that i didnt do that part of the project at all. hehe.. so cute ah! yea i shld do that. so heck it! i made my way to the playground once i got off the bus. it feels great to swing when u're stressed. takes all the frustrations away. ooph! and the sand. it just feels right on my feet at that moment u noe.. and i had BETTER soak up all the sun b4 it goes away during winter, which will be due in 3 wk's time. gosh.. i had a gd nap =D feeling all better now.. heex.. and wl's right. it's better to clarify our doubts now and be able to make changes than if we didnt. well, im just glad the Lord is on our side. yeh!

hey hey! been waiting long for me to post pics up? haha i bet u are..
well, these are pics of my new rented place.. it's small but cosy =) tt's all that matters.. heex..
This is the playground exactly outside our place. it's beautiful isnt it? there's a swing too wahaha ;) finally! it's been sooooo long since i last sat on the swing.. =D

everyone wore until so formal.. so much so that my sis and i felt 'out of place'. the gals were so exceptionally dressed for the occasion. most of them in dresses and heels. oh my gosh.. i dun wan to step into another club until i get myself a nice top. -.-

my sis got a job at donut king. she likes working there and im glad she finally got a job she loves. the pple there are super nice to her.. and she gets to bring back donuts all the time. aiyo.. the donuts taste so good! so much better than s'pore's =p.. they're so addictive ah! u dun wanna stop eating. heex.. i better control myself if nt u'll b seeing a chubbier charmaine at the end of the yr. ha!
so wasteful can.. u noe the donuts they bake everyday? all of them are thrown away at the end of the day. 7 trays of them!!! oh my gosh.. imagine how many hungry pple u can feed with that?! haiz.. the manager dun even bother to tell the baker to bake lesser cos' she hates her boss and is nt interested whether the shop makes money or not.. geez.. so my sis brings back boxes of donuts and she gives some to her friends and we give some to our neighbours too. if oni we can give them to those who really need them but over here, it's kinda difficult cos' there's nt really a needy centre. u have to drive ard to each household if u wanna do sth.. mmm.. if only there was.. then it'll feel gd to do sth meaningful =D
