this day is just horrible.. i went for my 2nd training at gelare todae. and it wasn't what i expected. i was supposed to do a 4 hrs training but ended up working for 6.5 hrs. worst still, i'm nt paid for training. STINGY PPLE! i'm made to do everything from grocery shopping in the morning, unstacking the chairs for shop opening, wash a heck lot of cloths, make waffle batter in the back kitchen TWICE, put away the ice cream tubs order, serve customers in the front line, fulfilling their orders, clear the tables after them and putting the dishes into the dishwasher. WHY? cos i'm the only person on shift. SHIT MAN.. and apparently wednesday is the day the ice cream tubs delivery comes. and thursday is the drinks delivery and u noe wad? i "happen" to work on tt day too. &*%^%$

making the waffle batter freaks me out.. Prepare the BIG PAIL and throw in 40 eggs. mix. pour in 4 jugs of water. mix. 4 big packets of waffle flour. mix. melt 4 chunks of 5oog butter and mix everything together. after that pour the mixture into pails. i have to use a HUGELY ENORMOUS tool to MANUALLY mix. i aso need to stand on a chair to pour the mixture into smaller pails. i almost died carrying the pail with the mixture onto the kitchen top.

well, this isn't "that" bad. hell approached me when the ice cream delivery came. i had to carry almost 25 tubs of 11.4 litre ice cream into the freezer. that is enough to drain the life out of me, including all the bruises i got on my hands. When i thought all the pain was over, the 2nd waffle batter making awaits me. whallau eh.. she added fire when she said i was too slow. 1 hr to do the batter very slow mea? i take almost the same amount of time to make cookies at home and mind you, the portion is 10 or 15 times smaller than what u ask me to make. and she expects it to be done in 15 times. siao ar! u so good u do all by urself la! my arms all sore from the mixing liao..

i ended up scalding myself 5 times over preparing the waffles for customers. can u stop rushing me already??? u're gonna scare off any trainee u have. i WISH i cld have the other boss. i think my training wld have been a lot more pleasant. "i can't stand pple who are slow. u have to think fast and work fast." oh yar.. i SO wanted to tell her "i can't stand you too." haa!

and as usual, ms charmaine has always been blur. she made 3 glitches todae. and got "stares" from the big boss. i never got to eat until my training is over which is at 4.30pm. and i started work at 10am. i'm so tired.. i gtta work tmr =( i want a break. i NEED ONE.. why i so suay wed and thur no sch.. then all the more they gt reason to get me to do work on those days where the deliveries come. haiz.. this is the worst job i ever had. i want to study hard and be in an office next time. NEVER will i want to do such a job again. so stressful. and u dun feel ur pay is sufficient enough for all the SHITIFIED things u do. office still can slack lor.. haiz.. i need a hug. =(
