yoohoo!!! i gt the job!! =) the interview was so short and simple.. the manager just asked me whether i had transport to work, asked about my availability, how old am i, whether i'm schooling and wad visa i hold. she was rather pleased when i told her i am a permanent resident cos' that means i can work ANY amount of hrs and not restricted like those with student visa. and wala! just like that, i was employed. she gave me some paperwork to fill in and my uniform. so fast ah! this is the fastest and simplest interview i've ever been to. i guess they're really desperate for people who can work after their holidays end. so i'm due for training this coming tuesday for 3 hrs. =D i can't wait.. oh and my boss is chinese. she sounds indian over the phone. HAHA.. i should have applied for fast food chains in the first place. i wasted 2 wks applying for the previous 10 jobs. i just applied for another 8 jobs online 2 days ago and i got a call from hungry jacks (aka burger king) yesterday. heex.. so happy!
