Day 117
Exams are finally over!!! feels so great to be relaxing once more.. i've been so stressed and worried over my exams tt i was unable to recover from my persistent dry cough. been having it for 1 mth, along with phlegm, flu, sore throat. for that moment, i actually thought i had swine flu. so scary! thank gdness it's not.. but surprisingly, now i'm fully recovered. thanks to long hrs of slp i get to hav after exams. during the mth following up to the exams, the most i had was 6 hrs of slp every nite.. wad a nightmare.. no wonder cant get better.
anyway, now i'm working more than usual, since its holidays now. and just took up driving. started yesterday. my first lesson was terrible. cant do my turns properly. aso gt roundabout. GOSH.. i rem having to keep on going around the same square plot of land over and over again just to get it right. sth i'm successful, others not. so i've not perfected it yet. it's A$50 an hr.. and i've 3 lessons nxt wk, meaning my whole week is full - work and driving. amanda passed her driving practical assessment last sat. and i've yet to noe how to drive. i so shi bai ah.. lol..
celebrated mother's day and i didnt hav the time to put up the photos till now.. sooo here they are~ =)

and of course, a $1 card and wine ($10) to spice up the celebration. Not forgetting, the must-always-have cake. but this time, it's not cake but blueberry and apple crumble pie ($5) =D haha if u realised, we're on a cheap budget. lol.. when we're abt to start the celebration, we turned on the laptop to do video calling with our family and relatives back home in spore. so while they were singing and blowing out the candles back home, we were doing the same over here in perth. quite heartwarming to hear everyone's laughter and feel the spirit.. miss everyone.. mmm =)
