We have officially moved into our new house on 29 Oct, although not everything's in yet, like the bed frames, toy boys, mattresses and internet. The paving around the house has also yet to be done. But everything else is cleaned and stuff unpacked.

There was sooo much to do the past week. I'm glad amanda and I took a week off from work to help around the house. We not only have to clean the new house but the old place as well. It was hectic and we were so tired from waking up at like 6 plus everyday and helping out. Sharon had to study for her TEE exams so she cldnt help much. Meals were always take-away fast food or maggi noodle. It was pathetic. So yes, i agree with michelle home cooked food is always the BEST! =D cos i've been having maggi noodles the past 3 days =(

Anyway, i'm finally able to take a breather. Starting work again at nando's tmr. So today, i'm over at my uncle's place, finally able to use internet again after 3 days. Gotta start searching for accounting jobs. Helping my mum scout for temporary USB internet for our house in the meantime.

At the moment, I haven heard any good news from the companies hiring. Haven even gone for any interviews. I try not to to think of my situation in a bad light. Maybe there was a reason as to why I havent gotten an accounting job as yet. Maybe the LORD wanted me to help my mum out, settle into our new place b4 getting me a job. Hopefully, i'd be able to find one soon..

Yesterday was the most exciting halloween we ever had. Mum bought 4 packets of sweets and we all thought it was TOO much. cos the first yr, we only had 3 kids visiting our old place. and none last yr. But we were wrong. Kids were swarming to out new house! Amanda made a halloween box and placed it outside our garage to attract kids to our place. There were altogether 4 knocks on our doors. The first was a group of 7 kids. Woa big shock! and were were wondering if we have enough sweets to last thru the night. Some were wearing cool scary masks. others wore fairy costumes. I liked the girl whose face was 'dripping' with 'blood'. Think she coloured her face with makeup or sth. hehe =) There was a dracula.. bla bla.

The kids LOVED our sweets. We got halloween sweets - brain popping sweet powder and eyeball marshmallows. By the 3rd visit, we were almost running out of sweets that we had to give out our small potato chip packets!! HAHA! The entire thing lasted for only 1/2 hr. from 7.00-7.30pm. and there were sooo many kids alr. lol.. Will post those pictures up another day.. heard sharon's bf family gave out $2 coins. cos they didnt prepare any sweets. hahaha funny..

ok more of me nxt time! once the house looks all ready, i'll take pictures and post it online! As for the house address, i'll email everyone my new address once the mailbox arrives. Sayonara and take care~
